Background
HCFS is an industry leader in eligibility funding for hospitals. Wanting to increase growth and position the company best after significant development efforts, HCFS decided to rebrand their company, and ensure alignment and focus in their marketing strategies.

Strategy
SKSW evaluated HCFS’s positioning and market, brand messages, strengths and weaknesses, and the positioning of top competitors. Findings were compared against HCFS to help identify opportunities. SKSW presented a brand strategy to clarify and strengthen their corporate mission and message, highlighting beneficial points of differentiation.

Solution
HCFS now has a new corporate logo, tagline, and key messaging to brand HCFS differently and more favorably in the marketplace. A corporate brochure, sales sheets, trade show signage and Web site are currently being developed.

Results
Company leadership is implementing very closely to our recommendations. The creative direction, value proposition and target audience are clearly defined. The leadership has unified behind one concerted marketing effort, which will help drive market share gains, addressing both new client acquisition and existing client retention.
