Watermere At Southlake

Watermere at Southlake is a new upscale active adult community located in Southlake, Texas. Part of the integrated marketing campaign SKSW created for Watermere included a Web site with in-depth community information and video, as well as renderings and floor plans of the clubhouse, villas and condos. In addition to a feature packed Web site which included high level SEO, SKSW propelled the property's visibility and reach with a successful SEM program. By focusing on its many unique amenities, SKSW’s work helped drive pre-sales of potential residents/members.

This site won the 2007 NAHB Silver Award for Best Web Site in Senior Housing.
